SUSHIL AGARWAL is finance and general management professional having 28 years of corporate experience at leadership roles in diverse industries. He qualified CA in 1991 (All India Rank holder) and also completed his PGDM (MBA) from IIM Lucknow in 2014. Sushil has worked both in India and abroad for organizations of repute like Reliance Infrastructure, world largest steel company Arcelor Mittal, Singapore listed multinational Olam International, Essel Infraprojects, Larsen & Toubro, J K Tire and Hindustan Power. Sushil worked for 9 years as Chief Financial Officer with India Power Corporation, BSES Yamuna Power and Hindustan Power Projects.
Sushil’s last corporate job was with Essel Infraprojects where he worked as Chief Executive Officer and whole-time Director. He now shares his rich experience through a consultancy venture which he founded in April 2019. He is focused on enhancing personal career effectiveness and organizational effectiveness through positive transformational actions. Sushil has worked at both operational and strategic leadership roles with diverse industries like Steel, Power, Tire, Commodities and Heavy Engineering. He has worked in 4 different countries with team members of diverse nationalities and cultures.
